Classes Senior: This class is held at a slower pace, and with less physical intensity. It is a great class for those whose age or physical condition may limit their ability. Youth: Ages 7 and up. Although a child should be at or above age 7 before beginning a youth class, there is no ceiling for this age group. This class is exposed to the entire Tang Soo Do curriculum. If an older student wishes to continue in the youth class, he/she may, but may be asked to help out more in this class than in the adult class. Tang Soo Do: Ages 16 and up. This class covers the entire Tang Soo Do curriculum and is demanding in physical intensity. Classes operate in a traditional fashion and will allow the students to pursue a black belt. Mixed: This class is 90 minutes in length. Each class covers the basics of Tang Soo Do and Jiu-Jitsu. The curriculum rotates in a 12 week cycle. Students in the mixed class are eligible to participate in the Tang Soo Do examinations.
